Back ordered items means Yamaha USA is temporarily out of stock,or it is available and will be shipped from Japan. Our web site is updated weekly through Yamaha, so it might not always be current. Most back ordered items are usually available within a few days.

You may cancel a back ordered item with no restocking fee as long as it has not been shipped to us from Yamaha.

We don't recommend you paying for 3 day shipping. Most small orders we will ship 3 day priority mail even if you order ground.

Wrong ordered parts can be returned or cancelled with a 20% restocking fee. Parts must be in original, not damaged packaging, so they can be returned to Yamaha.

No return on electrical parts.

Parts or Accessories must be returned within 30 days, no exceptions.

Will Call means you will pick it up at our store. Some large items like frames and ATV fenders might give you Will Call as your only option. If you order this way we will call you with freight fees once we receive the items from Yamaha and calculate freight fees to ship to you. Any cancelled Will Call item will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
